This book is presented in 4 parts. Part 1 details the history of Christ Church St Kilda until the start of WWI in 1914. Part 2 then introduces some of the ways the war affected the St Kilda community, and the development of local war memorials, especially the one at Christ Church. The book then explores the stories of all those remembered in memorials at Christ Church, and people with close family ties to them. Part 3 profiles the men and women who served in the war and part 4 profiles past parishioners who have memorials in the church.
