Graeme Butler was a member of the study team consulting on historic buildings and precincts. The study built further upon Butler's earlier Footscray urban conservation study.

These items are part of the Butler Collection, a large archive of conservation studies, photographs and related reference material. Some items were copied onto repurposed paper and show unrelated text on one side.
