William Pitt, architect, designed warehouses, factories and showrooms that formed part of the Foy & Gibson complex located in Oxford Street. This complex was included in the Victorian Heritage Register.
The report contains facsimile images and maps.
Collingwood has formed part of the City of Yarra since 1994.
The Willingham Collection is a large archive of conservation studies, photographs and related reference material.
