This year’s walk will examine the area bounded by Victoria Parade, Smith Street, Wellington Street and Peel Street. The area was subdivided early in the history of Melbourne’s colonisation and has seen many changes over the years. We will start outside one of Melbourne’s oldest surviving hotels, the Grace Darling, and return there at 4 pm for drinks.
